According to MuscleTech, Hydroxycut Hardcore should be taken mainly as a dietary supplement. People should take three capsules with an 8-oz. glass of water twice a day. It is also recommended to be taken before your work out.
It is highly recommended to consult a specialist before trying this product. The side effects of caffeine can be dangerous if you have a heart condition and if you are pregnant or lactating.
