Weight Loss Recipe - Easy Salad Sandwich

Lunches are an easy time to succumb to naughty treats so make sure you prepare a lunch before you go to work to avoid temptation. This easy salad sandwich weight loss recipe is great for you waistline but will also fill you up. Check it out :)

Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

2 Slices Wholemeal Bread
Lettuce
1/2 Tomato
4 Slices Cucumber
1/4 Avocado
1 Teaspoon Low Fat/No Fat Mayo

Method

Spread 1 teaspoon of low fat or no fat mayo on 1 or both of the slices of bread. Layer on the vegetables and slice in half. Wrap in gladwrap or put in an airtight container to keep it fresh for lunchtime.

Have this and a serving of fruit for your lunch :)

Looking for a weight loss diet recipe that will work? Healthy eating + Regular exercise = WEIGHT LOSS. Of course it isn’t QUITE that simple but those are the two main components you need to see some serious results. Combining a healthy eating plan with regular exercise is the healthiest and most effective way to kick those extra pounds.

Healthy Eating

Healthy eating is a multi faceted part of /gain. Cutting out food groups is not the answer. Starving yourself while you pine over every cake you see in a shop window is not the answer.

You need to develop a healthy balanced diet that you can grow to love! Stock up on veges, fruit, grains, lean protein and incorporate some carbs and good fats.

It also involves refraining from eating foods that are harmful and fattening to you like junk food and fast food. Often if you eat more fruits and vegetables you will inadvertently lessen or eliminate your junk food consumption.

Healthy eating is a major component of a because as you exercise more and begin to eliminate stored body fat your body will thrive on the vitamins and minerals you provide it through a healthy diet.

Think of it as putting clean fuel into a machine. Partly-clean fuel will make a machine run but over time, it will cause the breakdown of the machine by leaving behind deposits that stick to the machine’s mechanisms and rendering them ineffective.

Regular Exercise

Cutting down on calories for weight loss is a good idea (if you’ve been eating a lot of junk food, carbs etc) although it should NOT be extreme. Your body will burn a certain amount of calories a day just getting you around so add exercise to that and you will need even more to keep you pumping.

Exercise is a crucial part of life not only to burn fat but also to keep your organs healthy and working. Try participating in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day whether you take the dog for a walk or hit the treadmill in front of the television.
