Sienna Miller Weight And Diet - The Scoop For You!

Sienna Miller’s is a celebrity that can’t seem to stay out of the papers. The stunning but controversial star launched to fame as a photographic model before trying her hand in plays, TV drama and finally movies.

Sienna has caused a stir with her smoking habit, her weight, her relationship and consequent break up with fellow star Jude Law and most recently her steamy fling with married (but now separated) oil heir Balthazar Getty.

Regardless of the press, Sienna is pretty darn hot so read on to find out how she gets her weight and that body.

The stories of Sienna’s weight and diet vary from source to source but I’ve put together what I’ve found for YOU :)

Sienna Miller’s Diet

Sienna isn’t one of the strict, exercise addicted celebs in fact the starlet says, ‘I don-t really exercise and I eat all the burgers I want. I-d rather be lumpy and heavy than skinny and miserable.’

The seemingly down to earth star also admits she’s by no means perfect. She says, ‘Let-s face it. My so-called fabulous shape is the result of very clever airbrushing. I have small boobs and cellulite!’

Sienna Miller has had to gain and lose weight for her movie roles. Her most recent weight loss was for her role as Edie Sedgwick in the film Factory Girl.

Sienna didn’t go nuts with crazy exercise routines or extreme diets - or so she says anyway! Sienna said, ‘The director wanted me to lose weight, but I can’t work that hard and not eat all the food that I normally eat -” and I’m a real pig!’

Instead Sienna looked to alternatives she could find for her big loves in life including wine. Sienna knew that she couldn’t keep up her wine habits so looked for a lower calorie alternative and she found vodka. Instead of her usual wine glass she enjoyed a shot of vodka at meal times.

Obviously this is by no means the best way to lose weight (or live in general) but we’re just reporting the background behind Sienna’s weight.

Sienna Miller’s Exercise

Although Sienna admits she’s a bit lazy when it comes to exercise she does manage to incorporate exercise into her everyday life by walking her dogs and generally being "a high strung person and running around a lot."

Other reports say that Sienna participates in rope yoga which is fantastic for the tummy, thighs and hips. Rope yoga is great for toning and does more than just stretch the body like other yoga styles.

Sienna is reportedly beginning a hard core training program for a new role in the upcoming G.I Joe movie. She needs to bulk up and build some serious muscle for the role and has had to work hard for it.

The teeny actress has reportedly already gained 2.5kgs and is training with a former MI6 agent (sounds very James Bond!) Her training program involves weight training and intensive boxing workouts. but has more to go so is training with boxing and weight training.

The program is said to focus on building core strength along with work on her legs, shoulders and arms to build her physique much like a real female soldier.

So there you have it…

Watch out for a lean but strong looking Sienna in the near future :)

10. What do you think is different about your approach?

Unlike 90% of my peers, I understand what a woman means when she says she doesn-t want to get too muscular. This is a real fear. I have had countless women come to me over the years frustrated because the program they were on bulked them up or made their quads too big. Many gave up on weight training all together before finding their way to me.

I believe in weight training but I also believe women can get -too muscular- for what they desire. I have created very specific programming that will get them toned and fit but still 100% feminine.

I can add curves in the right places while still allowing them to feel small. Other women want to get really strong and athletic looking. I applaud that. I can create that look too (I think it-s easier) but that is not my niche. My girls want to look Red Carpet Ready!

11. What do you love most about Red Carpet Ready?

The truth behind Beyonce’s diet has been requested HEAPS by our readers and so I’ve decided to include it in our celebrity weight loss section. This stunning star shed 20 pounds before starring in the movie Dreamgirls by amazingly sticking to The Master Cleanse diet.

Nooooow before I get into this post I want to say I do NOT recommend fasting as a means of weight loss. The weight loss you experience will NOT last and there are far easier and more successful ways to lose weight. . . .

This beautiful star has sold millions of albums around the globe and graced movie screens in Dreamgirls, Austin Powers, The Pink Panther and more. Its safe to say this 26 year old is GOING PLACES and she won’t be alone she has been with music industry extraordinaire Jay-Z since 2002!

Now back to The Master Cleanse Diet - Beyonce admits she followed this somewhat drastic diet just before filming commenced. When interviewed on the Oprah show she said "I did a fast - a master cleanser for 14 days. Everybody was eating Krispy Kremes around me. I was grouchy, but I did it and I lost the weight."

One of my close friends also did The Master Cleanse she kept it up for 8 days (an AMAZING effort if you ask me) but she says she would never do it again. She said its not so much the hunger that got to her but just the mental torture of not physically eating for so long!

So what is the now dubbed "Beyonce Diet" all about?

Well the Master Cleanse is a fast/detox that lasts for 10 days. Basically you drink this "lemonade" concoction for every meal during the 10 days.

The "lemonade" mixture is made up of:

3 Quarts of Water
1 Cup of Pure Maple Syrup
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Cayenne

Shake it all up and drink 8 to 10 glasses a day.

Also because of the lack of fibre in your diet you have to drink/take laxative products. Just a heads up you do NOT want to take them if you have to leave the house in the following 2-3 hours (you can imagine why. . .)

While the detox principle is a good idea from time to time to rid your body of toxins I don’t truly believe that The Master Cleanse fulfils that purpose. There are heaps of different detox’s which involve whole foods and healthier results - not to mention NO laxatives.

But at the end of the day you’ve got the scoop that WAS the Beyonce Diet.

How Does Cindy Crawford Get THOSE Muscles

Cindy Crawford is one of the original ‘Supermodels’ and justifiably so. . . she is GORGEOUS! Still gracing the media circuit (and more recently the furniture world) this mum of two still turns heads everywhere she goes!

Married to the equally yummy entrepreneur Rande Gerber for almost 10 years, Cindy Crawford continues to leave the average gal in awe with her confidence, grace and of course THAT body. So how does Cindy Crawford get those muscles and that physique? We’ve got the scoop

Cindy Crawford started modelling at just 15 and went on to become one of the biggest models of ALL TIME gracing the covers of over 600 magazines across the globe. Her success on the runway has been matched off the runway with her many business ventures making her a very wealthy and respected business woman on the global market - talk about a role model!!!

Giving birth to two children (son Presley and daughter Kaia) has not stopped this supermum from maintaining the figure that makes us all go green with envy and simultaneously swear off chocolate for a month. Her seemingly effortless sex appeal leaves everyone scratching their heads and wondering HOW does Cindy Crawford get THOSE muscles?

Cindy’s Exercise Regime

Cindy Crawford24 During her runway reign Cindy Crawford kept fit with New York trainer Radu Teodorescu. Radu had Cindy trim and taut with a combination of cardio and strength training 3 times a week. The workout involved 20 minutes on the Stair Master followed by an hour of strength training combining some free weight exercises with some machines.

Following the birth of her children Cindy was ready to get her body back! When asked how she did this the down to earth celeb said: "Hard work and Kathy Kaehler". Kathy Kaehler is a well known fitness guru in the States who eventually paired up with Cindy to create a 3 in 1 workout video called A New Dimension - which is still a huge seller today (I’m thinking of buying it myself!)

Nowadays Cindy works with her personal trainer of over a decade, Valerie Waters, to keep in shape. She combines cardio, strength training and a healthy balanced diet. Keep an eye out for Valerie’s weekly tips here at UWLS.

Living near the beach has also added depth to Cindy’s fitness regime - she is often photographed running around with the kids on the sand or taking a dip with hubby Rande.

Cindy’s Diet

Obviously a large part of how Cindy Crawford gets those muscles can be attributed to her exercise regime but the other huge contributer is her celebrity diet. Cindy does not starve herself or jump on the bandwagons of every fad diet she approaches her eating with a healthy but realistic outlook.

Cindy adheres to a low carb, high protein diet BUT has learnt not to forbid herself the occasional treat. She says, "As soon as I feel I’m not allowed something, that’s what I want. I watch the carbs a bit more these days, but I don’t cut them out. I still have days where I think: Forget it, I’m going to have pasta or bread.-

Cindy Crawford’s celebrity diet incorporates lots of salads, veges and lean protein like chicken and eggs. A day in Cindy’s kitchen would look like this:

Breakfast - Egg White Omelette or Fruit with Yoghurt
Lunch - Salad with Chicken
Dinner - Fish/Chicken with Veges

Cindy snacks mid morning and mid afternoon on EAS Advantage Carb-Control Bars.

Cindy’s Lifestyle

What has struck me the most about Cindy Crawford is her well-rounded approach to her life. She eats well but enjoys food and doesn’t deprive herself the occasional treat. She exercises alot but enjoys being fit and nuturing her body. . . Cindy has made healthy living her LIFESTYLE and not just another celebrity diet.

So what is Cindy’s secret to looking so amazing in her forties?

Cindy Crawford Cindy has learnt that taking care of herself is really the answer. She says that 3 things account for your condition: "One your genes, Two how you treat your body inside and Three how you treat your body outside". She recommends water, sleep, food, cleansing and moisturising.

I think alot can be learnt from this beautiful lady who has lasted the distance in the industry. Perhaps instead of turning to the latest stick thin socialite girl we should look up to people like Cindy who have made healthy eating their way of life and have enjoyed success in all areas.
