Britney Spears has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently and I am NOT about to jump on that bandwagon. I am however to going talk about how Britney Spears’ fit body radically emerged back in 2006 after losing all her baby weight within months. From what the reports say Britney Spears got her fit body back quickly through exercise and a healthy diet. Don’t be fooled by sites that push their diet pills and attribute them to her new, fit body.

Britney reportedly hit the treadmill six mornings a week for about an hour each session. For best results on the treadmill up the incline. Obviously this might not be suitable for new mums, check with your doctor before starting any post-birth exercise.

Britney Spears also re-thought her diet to lose the weight gained during pregnancy. Britney is said to have eaten 5 small meals a day with lots of protein and veges with low fat yoghurt and nuts as snacks. She bid goodbye to her much loved Taco Bell and other junk foods to kick the baby weight to the curb.

New mums should always talk to their doctor before making the move to lose weight after birth. Your body will be very sensitive especially if you have had a caesarean.
